For the Rotterdam-based hotel H2Otel, I was asked to decorate their interior in one room with my art.
This was part of Off Blaak | Vrijhaven, a cultural program for the area around Wijnhaven Rotterdam.
The room was a second Willem de Kooning suite.The hotel is located on the water, so I’ve painted circles
with underwater worlds to give the room more of a boat-feeling. These circles include 2 big wooden panels
but also some furniture itself! The colors were inspired by works of Willem de Kooning.
